摘要
组织中的管理启动效应是政策措施的实施到初见管理成效之间的无管理绩效增长的现象。它是组织管理活动中普遍存在的一种现象。实质是管理绩效呈现的时滞问题。其内容是一系列的组织的心理活动。
Management starting effect in organization is non-management performance growth phenomenon between implementation of policies and measures and initial management effect and is a common phenomenon in organization management activities. The essence is a time-lag problem in management performance and the content is a series of psychological activities of organization.
