如何解决好高校贫困生的经济困难问题,帮助他们度过人生的困难时期,使他们能够入学并顺利完成学业,成为新时期高校学生管理工作的重心之一。因此,研究针对我国高等院校的贫困生这一弱势群体的解困措施,构建包括助学贷款、勤工助学、助困基金等在内的贫困生资助体系迫在眉睫。

How to solve the economic problems for poor students and help them spend difficult period and make them finish their school work has become one of important tasks in students management work in higher learning. Thus, it is urgent to study the solution to poor students which are poor group in higher learning and to construct subsidizing system such as school loan, work-study program and funds-in-aid for poor students.
