在信息化社会高速发展的今天,随着办公自动化和电子政务的逐步普及,高校文书与档案工作长期实行分块管理的模式已不适应数字化校园的需要。因此,尽快实现文档一体化管理,是长期从事文件管理和档案管理工作者的义不容辞的责任。

In today's rapid development of informationization society and with gradually popularizing of office automation and e-business, partitioned management mode of documents and archives of higher learning is not suitable for the need of digital campus. Thus, implementation of integrated management of documents and archives as soon as possible is the responsibility of management workers of documents and archives.
