摘要
研究了普通小球藻引发水中 17β 雌二醇 (E2 )的光降解 ,结果表明 ,在 2 5 0W高压汞灯 (HPML ,nm)的照射下 ,藻浓度为 4 0× 10 10 个·L-1时 ,17β 雌二醇的光降解率可达 37% .藻浓度为 4 2× 10 10 个·L-1时 ,17β 雌二醇浓度在 1 5× 10 -5- 6 0× 10 -5mol·L-1范围内 ,其光降解速率与初始浓度成正比 ,反应是假一级 .另外 ,还研究光强、藻悬浮液浓度和 17β 雌二醇初始浓度等对此反应体系的影响 .
The study showed that when exposed to high-pressure Hg-lamp (HPML,λ max≥365 nm),and the concentration of Chlorella vulgaris was 4.0×10 10 cells·L -1,the photodegradation rate of 17β-estradiol could reach to 37%.When the concentration of Chlorella vulgaris was 4.2×10 10 cells·L -1,the photodegradation of 1.5×10 -5~6 0×10 -5 mol·L -117β-estradiol in aqueous solutions was pseudo-first order reaction.Increasing the initial concentration of 17β-estradiol could lower its photodegradation rate.The influence of light intension and Chlorella vulgaris concentration on the photodegradation of 17β-estradiol was also studied in this paper.
