摘要
伐区削片的削片机可深入伐区腹部,削片工艺组织较简单,且运木片比运采伐剩余物的载量高一倍,因而,过去受收集和运输能力限制,丢弃在伐区的小径枝丫也能被削片利用,提高了采伐剩余物利用率。哈尔滨林机所根据承担国家攻关课题。
Wood waste is the main material of producing wood chips. The annual working capacity of flow production lines for wood chips is 18000m^3. The industrial disposition of flow production line, the property parameters, mold and other techniques of equipment and devices, and economic index were introduced. Through analysis and tests the following results are obtained; Utilization ratio for waste is 64.69%; qualified ratio of wood chips is 80.83%; transporting cost for per unit wood chips is 5.34 yuan/m^3; Production cost for per unit wood chips is 19.35% yuan/m^3. Processing wood chips may be in or out of the felling area, this two methods should be presented for longer later. From comparing the two methods in Yabuli forestry bureau, we obtained that it is better in utilization ratio of wood waste, transporting cost, production cost for unit wood chips in felling area than that of out of felling area.
