摘要
通过基础日粮中 (含铜 7 4 6mg·kg-1)添加不同水平的铜 ( 0 ,10 ,2 0和 30mg·kg-1)对生绒期绒山羊营养物质消化代谢及生产性能影响的研究 ,确定其日粮铜的适宜水平。结果表明 :1)基础日粮添加铜对采食量、氮代谢、DM及ADF消化率没有影响 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但NDF的消化率有升高趋势 ,添加 10 ( 5 6 72 %为NDF消化率 ,下同 )和 2 0 ( 5 7 16 % )mg·kg-1铜组显著高于对照组 ( 5 0 35 % ) (P <0 0 5 )。 2 )添加 2 0mg·kg-1铜组日增重 ( 4 2 5 0g·d-1)和饲料转化率 ( 6 2 5 6 g·kg-1)与对照组 ( 2 9 17g·d-1,4 3 5 8g·kg-1)和添加 10mg·kg-1铜组 ( 31 39g·d-1,4 6 5 0g·kg-1)差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但显著高于添加 30mg·kg-1铜组 ( 2 6 6 7g·d-1,39 86g·kg-1) (P <0 0 5 )。日粮铜水平对绒山羊绒毛的细度没有影响 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但添加 2 0mg·kg-1铜组绒毛生长率 ( 0 4 4mm·d-1)显著高于对照组 ( 0 39mm·d-1)和添加 10mg·kg-1铜组 ( 0 38mm·d-1) (P <0 0 5 ) ,而与添加 30mg·kg-1铜组 ( 0 4 0mm·d-1)之间差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。 3)绒山羊生绒期日粮铜的适宜水平为 2 7 4 6mg·kg-1。
The effects of different copper levels (supplemented 0,10,20,30?mg·kg -1 of diet) on nutrient digestibility and performance of Inner Mongolian White Cashmere Goats during the cashmere growing period were studied to determine the optimum copper level in diet. The results showed that: 1) Feed intake, N metabolism, digestibility of DM and ADF were not affected( P >0 05), but NDF digestibility tended to increase when copper was added in the diet; NDF digestibility of groups added 10(56 72 % ) and 20?mg·kg -1 (57 16 % )copper were significantly higher than that of the control group(50 35 % )( P <0 05). 2) The group added 20?mg·kg -1 had significantly higher ADG(42 50?g·d -1 )and G/F (62 56?g·kg -1 ) than the group added 30?mg·kg -1 (26 67?g·d -1 ,39 86?g·kg -1 )( P <0 05), but there was no evident difference ( P >0 05) between the group added 10?mg·kg -1 (31 39?g·d -1 ,46 50?g·kg -1 )and the control group(29 17?g·d -1 ,43 58?g·kg -1 )The various copper levels had no effect on cashmere diameter( P >0 05). The cashmere growth rate of the group added 20?mg·kg -1 (0 44?mm·d -1 )was significantly higher than the group added 10?mg·kg -1 (0 38?mm·d -1 ) and the control group(0 39?mm·d -1 )( P <0 05), but no difference from the group added 30?mg·kg -1 (0 40?mm·d -1 )( P >0 05). 3) The optimum copper level was 27 46?mg·kg -1 of diet during the cashmere growing period.
