应对入世挑战 促进工程计价方式的改革

Facing the Challenge of the Entry of WTO, Promoting the Reformof Price Accounting Mode of Projects

目前我国的工程计价方式 ,没有引入价格竞争机制 ,不符合市场运行规则 .为推进我国建筑业发展 ,提高工程建设水平 ,适应 WTO规则 ,改革现行的工程计价方式是大势所趋 .探讨采用新的工程计价方式 ,使工程定价逐步与国际惯例接轨 。

At present, the price accounting mode of project in our country doesn’t accord with the market circulation rule, for the price competition mechanism hasn’t been introduced. To advance the development of construction of our country and improve the level of our project management so as to fit in with the rules of WTO, it is necessary to reform the existing practice. On the basis of the situation in China, a new price accounting mode needs to be adopted to cater to the international convention step by step and to accord with the mechanism of the market function.
