摘要
师资水平直接影响到高校办学的整体水平。以人为本是高校师资队伍建设与管理的出发点和归宿点,必须增强师资队伍建设与管理工作中坚持以人为本原则重要性的认识,建立“建设就是数量质量的并重”、“管理就是服务”的新模式。
The level of teachers' team influences the level of running school. Hamuan basis is the beginning and returning points of the construction and management of teachers team. We should improve our realization towards the human basis and construct the new model of 'construction is the same of quality and quantity' and 'management is to serve'.
