摘要
为了降低输油能耗,本文以输油管道热耗一电耗耦合费用为目标函数,建立了准周期性非稳态大气环境温度下,输油管道优化运行数学模型,编制了相应的软件。以庆一哈输油管道为例进行了优化计算。结果表明,该管道优化运行每年节约费用超过600万元,各加热站优化运行出1:3油温及压力都是年周期性变化的,且油温比大气温度延迟约2个月。因此,输油管道优化运行应该考虑温度延迟的影响。
The summation of heat and electricity cost is the optimized object function so that energy-consumption can be reduced during oil pipelines operating. The optimizing mathematical model was established with the periodic and unsteady atmospheric temperature, and the software was developed. The optimizing example was given about the oil pipeline from Daqing to Harbin. According to the results of optimizing calculation, more than 6 millions RMB could be saved every year, and the optimized operation outlet temperature and pressure of each station change periodically over the time, and the outlet temperature's delay is about two month comparing with the atmosphere's temperature. It is conclude that the oil temperature's delay must be considered when oil pipelines run for saving energy.
