摘要
畸形苗是植物组织培养中一种常见的生理异常现象,它严重制约着植物组织培养技术的发展。本文概述了植物组织培养中畸形苗的形态、发生机理及综合防治措施,并对进一步研究进行了展望。
Abnormal plantlet is a common type of abnormal phenomenon occurred frequently in plant tissue culture. Because it is difficult to develop into normal plantlet, it restricts application of plant tissue culture. Many factors possibly cause the abnormality. The morphologic characteristics, the reasons to the phenomena and the methods for preventing and controlling the abnormalities are summarized in this paper.
