A New Way for Rapid Propagation of Cymbidium grandiflorium ——Clustered Shoots

主要采用大花蕙兰的茎尖作外植体 ,不经过愈伤组织直接诱导丛生芽 ,这是一种变异率低的快繁方法。结果表明 :在MS +BA 2 0mg/L +NAA 0 1mg/L +AC 0 5g/L培养基上 ,丛生芽增殖最快 ,80d增殖系数可达 6 2 3。

The shoots of Cymbidium grandiflorium were used as explants to establish a rapid technique system of micropropagation. Direct inducing cluster shoots without forming callus was a rapid vegetative propagation method with low variability. The results show: MS+BA 2.0、mg/L+NAA 0.1、mg/L+AC 0.5、g/L is the best medium. After 80 days culture, the multiplication rate of shoot clumps reach 6.23.
