密码子上下文关联与蛋白质二级结构 被引量:1

摘要 对人(Homosapiens)的117个蛋白质和大肠杆菌(Ecoli)的87个蛋白质的各二级结构相对应的mRNA序列中的密码子上下文关联作了统计分析,发现它们的使用对不同种属的蛋白质二级结构有不同的偏好,对同一种属蛋白质的不同二级结构也有不同的偏好.与密码子和单碱基关联的结果比较,说明密码子上下文关联可以更加准确地预测蛋白质二级结构. The contexts of codons in mRNA sequences corresponding to the secondary structures of 117 Human and 87 Ecoli proteins are statistically analyzed. It is shown that the usage context of codons are biased in the same type of secondary structures of proteins of different species and in different types of secondary structures of proteins of the same species.Comparing with the correlation base and codons,the result implies that the contexts of codons can provide additional information for predicting the secondary structures of proteins.
