The situation of the scientific and technological dissertations of Inner Mongolia University collected and cited in SCI is analyzed in this article, and the trend of scientific and technological development and subject construction of is reflected.It aims to make people know about the present situation of scientific study, potency and level of NeiMongol University.It also provides some opinions and suggestions to promote and guide our university′s teaching, scientific research and activities of learning,and the enhance the enthusiasm of all teachers and students to produce high-level dissertations.
