The author analyzes the characteristic of the financial policy of the developing countries and developed countries he thinks the forestry will play more and more important role in the financial areas. The development of forestry will become more and more regular. In order to achieve the leading development of forestry we should use the advanced and successful experience abroad for reference. The forestry should be put into the circle of public financial income and expenditure. The government should carry out the favorable tax policy and establish the unitive forestry system to consummate the ecological benefit compensation system and promote the international cooperation and implement the favorable policy to absorb the foreign investment.
