摘要
通过对专家和竞技体育后备人才基地的调查 ,笔者认为 ,以加强体教结合为核心的体制创新是解决体育后备人才队伍不断萎缩的根本出路。因此 ,我们必须转变观念 ,清除阻碍竞技体育发展在认识上、体制上、机制上、制度上以及方法手段上的障碍 。
From the survey of the base of professional as well as athletes in support, it is concluded that the basic approach to solve the shortage of athletes in support is to strengthen structural innovation. Therefore, we have to alter our views to get rid of obstacles in system, organization and method.
