摘要
DNA序列与正四面体(RT)中的映象点(D格点)具有对应关系.一系列D格点形成晶格(D 晶格).D晶格证明是面心立方晶格,并揭示了D格点的空间分布规律.在此基础上得到Z曲线的一些特性, 如Z曲线束具有S4群的对称性,Z曲线均在最大正四面体的内切球内等等.
There is a corresponding relation between a mapping point (D lattice point) in the RT (regular tetrahedron) and a DNA sequence (Zhang, 1991). A set of the D lattice points constructs a lattice (D lattice). The D lattice is proved to be. a face-centered cubic lattice. The space distribution law of D lattice point is revealed. Based on the results the properties of Z curve (a intuitive tool for visualizing and analyzing the DNA sequence proposed by Zhang & Zhang) can be obtained naturally. Z curve bundle has symmetry of S4 group. Z curves constrain themselves within the inscribed sphere of the biggest regular tetrahedron etc.
