摘要
建立了少齿数(齿数可少到2)渐开线齿轮副滑动系数的计算公式;通过一个算例,比较了标准齿轮传动、普通变位齿轮传动和少齿数齿轮传动三种情况下对应啮合点滑动系数的大小;为其接触疲劳强度计算时计入相对滑动的影响提供了定量依据。
A set of calculating formulas of the little-tooth number involute gear-oair′s ratio are set up. Then through a typical calculating example, a comparison among three corresponding points of contactor′s slip ratio of standard gear drive, normal modified gear driveand little-tooth number drive. These calculating formulas provide a basis for relative sliding calculations whci affect the gear surface contacting fatigue strength.
