摘要
研究基于公路客运站的基本特点,通过分析影响客运站服务质量的相关因素,提出10项评价指标并建立相关的调查方式与方法,探讨服务质量评价的模型与算法,最后以成都市12家客运站为例进行了验证。
By the basic characteristics of bus terminal, the factors that are correlated to service quality of bus terminal are analyzed in this article, and 10 evaluation indexes and the means of investigation are brought forward, then the model of service quality evaluation is discussed as well. Finally, the quality evaluation of 12 passenger terminals of Chengdu are given as the example.
