摘要
文章分析了城市化与股份合作制改制的逻辑关系 ,阐述了龙岗区城市化进程中原有“龙岗模式”股份合作制在股权设置、集体股产权、社区封闭性等方面的缺陷 ,并从固化股权、逐步取消集体股、增强股权界定的开放性、创新股份合作组织管理体制。
This paper analyses the logical relationship between urbanization and the reform of the stock-cooperation system. Based on the analysis of the limitation of the stock-cooperation system in Longgang district Shenzhen city,the article presents suggestion about how to reform the stock-cooperation system during urbanization.
