摘要
为了构建有色金属行业科技创新的投入与产出评价指标体系,在明确投入与产出指标选取原则的基础上,初步选取了投入指标与产出指标,并运用灰色关联度分析方法进一步确定了投入与产出指标,从而科学地建立了有色金属行业科技创新的投入与产出评价指标体系。运用信息熵值法客观地确定了各个指标的权重,并给出了具体的测算公式。
To build up the evaluating indicator system of scientific and technological innovation of non-ferrous metal industry,the input and output indicators are selected initially based on the selection principle and determined further by gray relational analysis.The weight of each indicator is calculated by the information entropy and the calculation formula is explained.
