摘要
根据掺铒光纤激光器的速率方程 ,对线性腔连续掺铒光纤激光器的输出特性进行了详细的理论分析 ,得到了 980nm泵浦的掺铒光纤激光器在稳态条件下的解析表达式 利用数值模拟结果对光纤激光器的上下能级粒子数和泵浦功率沿光纤长度分布以及泵浦阈值、斜率效率等进行了分析和讨论 ,并进行了 980nm泵浦的掺铒光纤激光器的实验 ,实验证明
According to the rate equations applicable to the erbium-doped fiber laser,continuous erbium-doped fiber laser of linear cavity was studied,and the expressions on erbium-doped fiber laser pumped by 980 nm band under stable condition was achieved. Variation of population density of the upper and lower levels, pump power, pump threshold and slope efficiency along a length of erbium-doped fiber were analyzed using numerical model,the experimental study on erbium-doped fiber laser by 980 nm band was shown that the pump threshold is consistent with theoretical calculate.
