摘要
采用包括遗传主效和基因型与环境互作的遗传模型和统计方法,以7个籼型不育系与4个籼型、1个籼粳交偏籼型及1个籼粳交偏粳型恢复系按NCⅡ交配设计配制42个组合2个播期资料,分析各类杂交稻不同生育期干物质累积的基因效应,用聚类方法分析基因型间的遗传差异。聚类分析将42组合分为3大类,Ⅰ类组合干重的遗传由双亲共同控制,Ⅱ类组合干重的遗传主要受不育系控制,Ⅲ类组合干重的遗传主要受恢复系控制。亚种间组合干物质累积特点与品种间组合有较大差异。1103S、珍汕97A及明恢63可作为改良干重性状的优良亲本。
Gene effects of dry matter accumulation at the heading and the maturing periods of 42 F_1s in 7 × 6 NC II mating design and their genotypic differences were investigated by means of genetic models and the corresponding statistical approaches for additive-dominant interaction, including genotype x environment interaction and cluster analysis. The parents of the F_1s included 7 indica male sterile lines, 4 indica restorer lines and 1 tend-indica and 1 tend-japonica restorer lines in indica-japonica crosses. The 42 F_1s were divided into 3 groups by cluster analysis. The dry matter weight in Groups I, II and III was controlled by the characters of their parents, male sterile lines and restorer lines, respectively. Marked difference was observed between inter-subspecific and inter-varietal combinations in their characters of dry matter accumulation. The genotypes 1 103 S, Zhenshan 97 A and Minghui 63 are recommended as elite parental materials for the improvement of characters of dry matter accumulation.
