摘要
通过野外调查和取样,运用单因素方差分析法和分层频度法对多年生野生植物金发草Pogonatherumpaniceum种群结构在不同基质条件下的差异进行了检测和比较。结果表明:1.金发草种群结构随基质变化有非常显著的差异;2.其种群年龄结构在黄色砂岩上为稳定型,在紫色砂岩和石灰岩上为增长型,在紫土上为衰退型;3.在此基础上,对其年龄结构进行了模拟。
In a field survey, samples of the perennial plant Pogonatherum paniceum were taken and grown on different substrates. Their population structures were compared and their differences were tested with the ANOVA procedure and the stratifical frequency method. The results indicated that the population structure of this grass species varied significantly with growth substrate, and that their age distribution was of three types: stable population, growing population and declining population. Models of age distribution of the populations under different substrate conditions are given.
