摘要
采用含不同浓度的STS预处液对百合切花:辛普龙(东方品系)、多娜(亚洲品系)预处理12h,随后在密封的鲜花专用箱中模拟空运36h,取出置于含GA3的瓶插液中瓶插,设空白蒸馏水对照,观察并测量其鲜重变化、瓶插寿命、开花品质。结果表明:辛普龙以含1.0mMSTS预处液处理保鲜效果最好;多娜以含2.0mMSTS预处液处理效果最好;GA3能有效延缓百合切花的衰老进程,提高开花品质,并对叶片有明显的保绿作用。
Cut flowers of Lilium varieties Xinpulon ( an oriental system) and Duona (an Asian system) were pretreated for 12 h with different concentrations of STS pulsing solution and then put into a special sealed box in order to simulate the conditions of air transport for 36 h. After that, they were kept in a solution containing GA_3, and their fresh weight, vase-life and flower quality were observed. The pulsing solution containing STS at 1.0 or 2.0 mM gave the best effect for Xinpulon and Duona, respectively. GA_3 effectively delayed their senescence.
