摘要
研究了三甲醇丙烷和季戊四醇与C5~C9的一元羧酸在微波诱导下快速合成高级润滑油,并与传统合成进行了比较。结果表明:在微波作用下,合成速率提高到原来10~15倍,三辛酸三甲醇丙烷酯、三壬酸三甲醇丙烷酯、四辛酸季戊四醇酯、四壬酸季戊四醇酯合成产率提高了10%~22%。微波诱导法速度快、方法简便、产率高,具有很好的应用潜力。
With microwave irradiation, the esters of high-grade lubricating oils were synthesized. As compared with the conventional synthesis method, the new method greatly shortened the reaction time, with a 10 to 15 times greater reaction velocity. The yield rate of [CH_3(CH_2)_6 COOOH_2]_3CCH_2CH_3,[CH_3(CH_2)_7COOH_2]_3CCH_2CH_3,[CH_3(CH_2)_6COOCH_2]_4C and [CH_3(CH_2)_7COOOCH_2]_4C increased by 10 to 22%.
