惠州市三级医院压力蒸汽灭菌效果监测分析

The monitor of sterilization efficacy of the high pressure steam sterilizers in hospitals in Huizhou

目的 了解某市三级医院压力蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌效果。方法 采用生物指示剂嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞菌片对压力蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌效果进行监测。结果 2 0 0 2年 3～ 9月共监测 4 2 4台压力蒸汽灭菌器 ,合格率为80 .1 9%。卧式、立式、手提式压力蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌合格率分别为 84 .30 % ,75 .79% ,73.5 6 % ;市级、区 (县 )级、镇级 (包括社区医疗机构 )医院压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌合格率分别为 88.4 0 % ,79.1 7% ,78.0 7%。结论 加强对医院供应室消毒人员的培训 ,规范各项操作程序 。

Objective To investigate the sterilization efficacy of the high pressure steam sterilizers in hospitals in a city. Methods The sterilization efficacy of the high pressure steam sterilizers was monitored by biological indicator (Bacillus stearothermophilus). Results Four hundred and twenty four high pressure steam sterilizers were monitored from March to September in 2002. The qualified rate was 80.19% . The qualified rate of horizontal, upright and portable high pressure steam srerilizers was 84.30% , 75.79% and 73.56% , respectively. The qualified rate of high pressure steam sterilizers in hospitals of city level, district level and town level was 88.40% , 79.17% and 78.07% , respectively. Conclusion The disinfectioners of supply rooms should be trained to standardize every procedure, and improve the qualified rate of the high pressure steam sterilizer.
