黑龙江省农业推广事业取得了很大成绩 ,对促进农业和农村经济的持续发展做出了重要贡献。但同时 ,也面临着若干难题 ,严重影响了农业推广在农业及农村发展中的巨大效力的充分发挥。因此 ,从黑龙江省的实际出发 ,必须加强宣传 ;加强政策法规建设 ;提高推广人员的素质 ;

HeiLongJiang province has achieved a lot in agricultural extension,it has made a greater contribution to agriculture and the development of rural economy.But,at the same time,we also face some difficulties,they have greatly effected the agricultural extension to be fully brought into force.According to the reality,we should improve propagating,enhance policy construct,raise human being's ability,increase the capitcal,etc.
