摘要
研究了超细特种搪瓷涂层对Ti60合金在800℃恒温氧化性能的影响,通过拉伸实验评价了涂层对氧向合金中扩散的阻挡效果.实验结果表明,搪瓷涂层由于具有高的热化学稳定性及与基体钛合金相近的热膨胀系数,能显著地提高Ti60合金在800℃的恒温氧化性能,同时,由稳定氧化物组成的搪瓷涂层具有致密性及均匀性的特点,能够有效阻止氧向合金中的扩散.搪瓷釉通过超细化后,可以显著降低涂层烧成温度.
The effects of ultrafine-enamel coating on the isothermal oxidation behavior of Ti60 alloy at 800 degreesC and the diffusion behavior of oxygen into the substrate at 600 degreesC are studied. The results show that the enamel coating could improve the oxidation resistance of Ti60 alloy at 800 degreesC significantly due to its high thermal chemical stability and good match of its thermal expansion coefficient with the substrate. At the same time, the ultrafine enamel frit (300 nm) could be sintered at 850 degreesC which was decreased 200 degreesC compared to the general enamel frit (20 mum) with the same components. The dense and uniform coating could separate the Ti60 alloy from environment and decrease the diffusion rate of oxygen in the coating.
