摘要
甘肃生态环境建设的新思路在于全面推进节水型社会的建设;研究国家水战略及南水北调工程中甘肃受益问题;搞好全省自然保护区的提升和自养发展;将生态环境建设与21世纪甘肃反贫困战略有机结合;构建长期支撑甘肃生态环境建设投资的长效机制。
A new thought of Gansu's ecological environment construction is stressed on advancing the controling -water society,studying Government's water strategy and Gansu's profit made from the project of transfering water from sowth into North,realizing the promotion and self-maintain of natural protective ereas,combining the ecological environment construction with anti-poverty strategy,and conforming a long investment system to support Gansu's ecological environment.
