摘要
实验研究了温度、颗粒粒径、反应气氛和CO2分压对长广石灰石在流化床炉内脱除H2S气体的影响.实验结果表明,在800~950℃,硫化反应速率和Ca生成CaS的转化率随温度升高而提高,随颗粒粒径增大而下降.在N2和模拟煤气两种气氛下,硫化反应特性有明显差异.N2气氛下,石灰石脱除H2S的速率和Ca转化率明显较高.随着温度的升高和颗粒粒径的下降,两种气氛下的硫化反应速率和Ca转化率的增长幅度亦不同.CO2分压的增加限制了石灰石与H2S的反应.
A bench-scale fluidized bed system was employed to investigate the effects of temperature, particle size, atmosphere and partial pressure of CO2 on the sulfuration of Changguang limestone. Sulfuration rate and Ca conversion rate increase significantly with the increasing temperature at 800-950°C. The decreasing of particle size promotes the rate of H2S adsorption and the utility rate of limestone. Furthermore, sulfuration rate and Ca conversion rate in N2 are higher than those in simulated coal gas. The rate's variation extents also differ obviously in these two reaction atmosphere. In addition, H2S absorbing rate as well as Ca conversion rate decline prominently along with the increasing of CO2 partial pressure.
