李家窑西周44号墓出土铜器之铭文显示的信息是:墓主名叫"追夷",以"宫"为氏,子男一级贵族。结合其他铜器铭文可知,宫氏为姬姓,是西虢小宗。追夷大约在西周末年随其宗子由西虢迁居今三门峡一带。平王东迁,西虢随之东来,便以"宫"氏居地为基础建立了虢国。
The Words on the Bronze Ware excavated from the tomb No.44 during Xizhou dynasty in Lijiayao show that the person buried in the tomb was named Zhuiyi with a family name Gong and titled as Zinan in first rank nobles.With reference from other Words on the Bronze Ware,the Gong was identified as Ji family name subtitled under Xiguo,a mini clan.Zhuiyi moved from Xiguo to today's Sanmenxia area followed his chief during the late years in Xizhou dynasty.When King Ping in Xizhou dynasty moved to Luoyang,Xiguo followed and moved here establishing the state Guo based on the area inhabited by Gong families.
