摘要
西方未来学家预测:到2015年可以让人们把生命中50％的时间用于休闲,发达国家将进入“休闲时代”,休闲将逐渐演变为人类生活的中心内容。为此,通过研究有关文献资料,采用逻辑归纳等方法,从不同的视野,阐述作为休闲的重要内容的休闲体育的主要价值,具有积极的现实意义。
Western futurology domestic forecast: Until 2015 years, people will use time of 50% in life to leisure, developed countries will enter 'leisure times', leisure will develop gradually the central content in human life. Therefore, through studying relevant document information, with logic sum up etc method, from difference field,this paper expounds the value of the leisure sport as important content, have positive realistic meaning.
