部分外国体育法修改与完善的概况

Modification situation of some other country's sports law

国家体育总局已经把修改《中华人民共和国体育法》列入了全国人大常委会2003——_2007年五年立法规划项目,并已经通过国务院呈报人大。在《中华人民共和国体育法》即将修改之际,借鉴国外体育法修改和完善的经验,有助于我国《体育法》的修改。因此本论文通过文献检索法和INTERNET检索法,查阅了一些国外体育法修改与完善的资料,并对这些资料进行整理分析,总结其精华,以资借鉴。

Revising《sports law of the People's Republic of China》already has been listed the five years legislative planned project during 2003-2007 by General Administration of Sport . This matter already has been reported to the National People's Congress through the State Council. When《sports law of the People' s Republic of China》 will revise soon, learning from the experience of the foreign sports law modification ,should be contributed to the modification of 《sports law of the People's Republic of China》. So this paper, through literature search means and INTERNET, consulted some materials of foreign sports law modification, and put them in order, analyse and summarize its quintessence, as a means of drawing lessons from these materials.
