摘要
企业文化与企业经营业绩关系有因果学说、适应性学说和灵活性学说。通过对部分公司企业文化与经营业绩关系问题的分析,得出企业文化与企业长期经营业绩存在相关性,但较为脆弱,企业文化在特定条件下可以向有利于企业长期经营业绩增长的方向转化,而它的一些基本要素又是决定企业是否能够获得长期经营业绩的前提条件等结论。
Concerning the relationship between corporate culture and business performance, there are theories including Cause and Effect Theory, Adaptability Theory and Flexibility Theory. This essay analyzes the relationship between corporate culture and business performance in some companies and draws conclusions that corporate culture and long-run business performance are related with each other but in a delicate way, that corporate culture can be transformed under certain condition toward the direction favorable to the growth of long-run business performance, and that some fundamental factors of corporate culture are decisive prerequisites for long-run business performance.
