我国东北与蒙古国铁路通道建设研究

The Research of Railway Thoroughfare′s Construction between Northeast China and Mongolia

本文从增强东北铁路的网络功能、形成泛亚铁路网的宏观背景出发 ,在对东北相关铁路、蒙古国铁路进行现状分析、诊断的基础上 ,阐述了我国东北铁路与蒙古国铁路接轨、形成新的铁路通道的必要性与可能性及该铁路通道的形成对促进蒙古国的经济发展及参与东北亚国际经济合作、完善东北铁路的网络功能及提升对外开放度的重要作用 ,最后对铁路通道建设的有利条件与障碍性因素进行了分析。

Based on the analysis and diagnosis of Northeast railway network and Mongolia railway′s present situation as well as the huge background of reinforcing the railway′s network function in Northeast and forming railway-net throughout the Asia, the paper expounds the necessity and probability of the connection of tracks in Northeast China with Mongolia and forming new railway thoroughfares. More over, the paper also elaborates that this kind of connection plays an important role in promoting Mongolia′s economic development and cooperation between countries in Northeast Asia in the realm of economy as well as improving the network function of railway in Northeast and promoting the degree of opening. At last, the paper analyses the factors of prons and cons in the construction of the railway thoroughfare.
