以研究如何在较短的时间内使学生尽快学会陈式三十八式太极拳为目的 ,进行问卷调查与对比实验 ,把传统“分段式”教学方法改为“四节通”的教学方法 ,即培养兴趣 ,抓基础训练 ,抓套路教学 ,培养攻防意识 ,结果表明 :“四节通”教学方法比传统“分段式”
In order to get information on how to make student master the Chenshi Taiji in short time, by using the method of questionnaire and comparative experiment, the author compared the traditional teaching method and Sitong method and finded that the effect of Sitong method is better than the traditional one.
