摘要
比较了几种固体酸在合成草酸二异戊酯中的催化活性 ,结果表明 ,硫酸锌与硫酸钛的催化活性较好。最佳反应条件为 :草酸 85mmol,异戊醇 2 38mmol,硫酸锌 (或硫酸钛 ) 0 .8g ,回流反应 1.5h ,酯化率 97.5 %。催化剂易回收 。
The catalytic activity of some solid acids in esterification of diisopentyl oxalate is reported. Both ZnSO 4 and Ti(SO 4) 2 show good catalytic activity in the esterification. Optimum conditions are as follows: oxalic acid 85mmol, isoamyl alcohol 238mmol, ZnSO 4 and Ti(SO 4) 2 0.8g, refluxing for 1.5h. The yield of esterify is 97.5% and the catalyst can be recovered easily and reused many times.
