With the capital gearing up for the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008,analysts are predicting Grade-A office supply in the city to grow by an average of one million square meters a year until 2006. Compare this with Beijing's annual average take-up figure of 375,000 sq m a year from 1997 - 2003,and it is clear that new sources of consumption will be needed to absorb the abundant new supply.
