A new high security memory architecture is presented in this paper It is applied to a novel anti viruses computer in which a “security bit” is added in the CPU's internal bus That is to say, in order to effectively prevent the computer from destruction or theft by intrusive programs such as computer viruses, the CPU's internal bus is 65 bit and the 65 bit data can be stored in the whole memory hierarchy However, to keep the consistency of hardware compatibility, the series of standards and specifications in computer industrial society must be followed strictly So, some measure is introduced in this novel memory architecture to cope with the “security bit”
