摘要
建立了三维有限元模型用来模拟Fe -Cu粉末体系的选择性激光烧结过程。分析的结果不仅有助于粗略地估计单行烧结的烧结区域尺寸 ,优化加工参数 。
A 3D FE model is developed to simulate the selective laser sintering (SLS) process of Fe-Cu powder mixture. The analysis results can not only be a help to roughly estimate the sintering zone dimension of a single sintered line and define the optimized processing parameters, but also can provide some useful suggestions about energy density defermination and material selection.
