摘要 目的探讨大鼠不同程度颅脑损伤后早期脑内c-fos基因表达情况和变化规律。方法以Feeney自由落体致伤法制作大鼠颅脑损伤模型,采用免疫组化染色法和计算机图像分析技术,观察脑内c-fos基因的表达情况。结果脑损伤后2h,损伤区皮质、损伤区周围皮质、海马齿状回中c-fos基因表达明显增加;相同损伤程度组不同部位间c-fos基因表达差别有显著性意义穴P<0.05雪;不同损伤程度组之间c-fos基因表达差别也有显著性意义穴P<0.05雪。结论颅脑损伤后,脑内c-fos基因表达增加,表达水平与损伤严重程度相关。c-fos基因表达与颅脑损伤后神经细胞病变的发生发展有密切关系。 To observe the expression of c-fos gene in brain tissue following experimental cranial injury of rats. Methods The Feeney's free falling-body model was used to induce the brain injury. Immunohistochemistry and computer image analysis technology were used to evaluate the expression of c-fos gene in brain tissue after trauma. Results Two hours after the injury, c-fos-positive cells were markedly increased in the traumatic cerebral cortex, surround cortex and dentate gyrus. The c-fos gene expression was significantly different, among various parts of the brain and among different injury levels at the same part. Conclusion The expression of c-fos gene in rat's brain is significantly increased following brain injury and the expression level is related to the injury level.
