不同方式接种DNA疫苗免疫效果的比较 被引量:3

摘要 DNA疫苗经基因枪和肌肉注射两种接种方式免疫小鼠 ,免疫组化检测gD抗原表达情况。全自动图像分析系统分析表达量 ,ELISA检测抗体滴度 ,病毒攻击考察保护效应 ,比较不同方式接种DNA疫苗的免疫效果。重组质粒pVAX gD经基因枪接种与肌肉接种均能实现gD基因在肌肉细胞的表达 ,激发免疫动物体内的高滴度抗体 ,保护免疫动物免于HSV 2感染。研究表明基因枪接种要求的DNA疫苗剂量小 ,基因枪介导的免疫重复性高、效果好 ,更适合DNA疫苗接种。
