视网膜母细胞瘤VEGF、PCNA表达研究

A Study of PCNA、VEGF Expression in Retinoblastoma

目的 探讨PCNA(proliferatingcellnuclearantigen ,增殖细胞核抗原 )、VEGF在视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma ,Rb)中的表达及其与Rb分化程度和视神经浸润的关系。方法 应用PCNA单克隆抗体、VEGF多克隆抗体、采用S P免疫组化法 ,对 2 2例Rb常规石蜡标本行PCNA、VEGF表达的测定。结果 PCNA、VEGF在Rb中表达阳性率分别为 5 8.2 %和 6 3.6 % ,均与Rb的分化程度、视神经浸润有关(P <0 .0 5 ) ,而且PCNA与VEGF的表达有明显相关性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 测定PCNA、VEGF对于确定Rb的组织特性和生物学行为具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the expression of PCNA?VEGF in retinoblastoma and the relationship between them and the differentiation,optic nerve infiltration.Methods The expression of PCNA?VEGF in 22 cases of Rb tissue were analyzed by using S-P immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rates of PCNA and VEGF were 58.2% and 63.6% respectively,and all the expression were significantly related to the differentiation degree ( P < 0.05 ) and nerve infiltration ( P < 0.05 ).The expression of PCNA was markedly correlated with the expression of VEGF( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion Determining PCNA and VEGF play important role in evaluating the histological characteristics and biological behavior of Rb.
