胎盘中AT_1受体的表达及其意义 被引量：1

摘要 血管紧张素Ⅱ受体 1(AT1R)属G蛋白偶联受体超家族 ,是肾素 血管紧张素系统 (RAS)的主要活性介质。发生妊娠高血压综合征 (PIH)时胎盘RAS中AT1R的表达异常可能与PIH的发病有关。
