六味地黄汤对衰老模型大鼠血液流变性的影响

Influence of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction (六味地黄汤) on blood rheology of rat model with aging and blood stasis

目的 :研究六味地黄汤及其三补三泻配伍对衰老加阴虚血瘀模型大鼠血液流变性的影响。方法 :用复合因素制备衰老加阴虚血瘀动物模型 ,观察六味地黄汤及其配伍对血液流变性的影响 ,并通过红细胞变形能力、血凝学指标、血小板聚集等探讨了其作用机理。结果 :六味地黄汤全方能抑制模型大鼠体外血栓的形成 ,改善血液流变性 ,并通过延长凝血时间、TT、APTT ,抑制血小板聚集 ,提高红细胞变形能力 ,降低Fg等 ,以全方作用为最强。 结论 :六味地黄汤具有改善模型大鼠血液流变性、抑制血栓形成的作用 。

Objective: To study the influence of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction (LDD) and its combination on blood rheology of rat model with aging and blood stasis. Method: The blood rheology of LDD and its combination on the rat models with aging and blood stasis was observed, and the mechanism was explored through deformation of red cell, indexes of blood coagulation and platelet aggregation rate. Result: LDD can inhibit thrombosis in vitro on rat models and improve blood rheological property through the inhibition of blood coagulation, TT, APTT, platelet aggregation , the increase of red cell deformation and the decrease of Fg, etc. Conclusion: Liuwei Dihuang Decoction can improve blood rheological property and inhibite thrombosis on rat models.
