摘要 目的 :观察CBN对脑缺血再灌注小鼠的保护作用。方法 :采用小鼠脑反复缺血再灌注模型 ,从形态学、SOD活性、MDA含量、ATPase含量等方面观察了CBN对脑保护作用。结果 :CBN可显著增加缺血再灌注脑海马区存活锥体细胞数 ,保护SOD活性 ,减少MDA的生成 ,减轻ATP酶活性的降低。结论 Objective: To study the effect of CBN from the mice brain damaged by ischemia reperfusion. Methods: The cerebral ischemia reperfusion mice is employed to investigate the protective effects of CBN, the number ofo pyramidal cells at field CA1 of hippocampus, activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and adenosine 5 triphosphoratase (ATPase), contents of reduced malondialdehyde (MDA) in experimental mouse brain were measured. Results: Cerebral ischemia reperfusion resulted in the decreasing of number of pyramidal cells, SOD, ATPase and the increasing of MDA, could reverse them individually. Conclusion: CBN showed the protective effects against the injury of ischemia reperfusion in brain by reducing lipid peroxide, scavenging free radicals and improving the energy metabolism.
