摘要
目的 探讨正常胎儿组织器官和母血中铜、铁、铬、硼四种微量元素的含量、分布以及相互间的关系。方法 样品经HNO3+H2 O2 微波消解系统消解后 ,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法 (ICP AES) ,同时检测胎儿大脑、小脑、心脏、肝脏、肾脏、腓肠肌、胎盘以及母血中铜、铁、铬、硼含量。结果 四种元素均主要分布于胎儿肝脏。相同组织中不同元素之间存在一定的相关性 ,如铜与铁、铁与硼在胎儿同一组织器官中的分布均呈明显的正相关 ,同一元素在胎儿不同器官组织中含量也存在一定的相关性。结论 正常胎儿组织器官中四种微量元素的含量和分布具有一定的特征性和相关性。
Objective To study the contents, distribution and correlation of Cu、Fe、Cr、B in normal fetal organs.Methods The samples were digested by closed-vessel microwave HNO 3+H 2O 2 dissolution system. The solution was directly analyzed by ICP-AES for determination of Cu, Fe, Cr, B in fetal cerebra, cerebellum, heart, liver, kidney, gastrocnemius, placenta and mother serum. Results The four elements mainly existed in fetal liver. There were correlations between four elements in the same organ as well as between the same element in different organs. Conclusion There existed some correlations in the contents and distribution of Cu, Fe, Cr, B in normal fetal organs.
