摘要
膳食综合评价方法是在传统的单一食物及营养素评价的基础上 ,依据不同国家人群的膳食特点及营养指导原则而建立的 ,不仅为营养工作者提供了综合评价膳食质量方法 ,而且 ,更重要的是为政府部门制定食物生产计划提供了简化明了的概念和易于应用的方法。
Based on the traditional single food or nutrient evaluation method, the integrated dietary evaluation methods have been developed according to the different dietary characters and nutrition guidelines for different populations in different countries, those methods not only provides the integrated diet quality evaluation methodologies to the nutrition workers , but also provide an simplified concept and applicable tools for government in planning food production.
