The paper presented that the surface luminance will change with time after the self-luminous sign had been irradiated by lamp-house and the lamp-house was gone. It talked about the difference between the related standards and fire codes. In the meantime, some advices are given by the writer to apply self-luminous sign to fire-protection engineering.
