大肠癌中c-met的表达和血管生成及其相互关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨c met表达与肿瘤血管生成对判断大肠癌的预后价值及c met与微血管密度的相关性。方法 :用免疫组化SP法检测 5 1例大肠癌组织、16例腺瘤组织和 16例大肠正常组织c met的表达及微血管密度。结果 :大肠癌中c met、微血管密度的表达远高于腺瘤和正常组织 (P <0 .0 5 )。大肠癌中c met的表达及微血管密度与肿瘤部位、组织学分级无关 ,而与Dukes分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及远处转移密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) .c met的表达及微血管密度显著相关(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :联合检测c Objective To investigate the significance of c met expression and tumor angiogenesis for judging the prognosis in colorectal carcinoma and their corelationships.Methods c Met expression and microvessel density were detected with immunochemical SP method in 51 cases of colorectal carcinoma,16 cases of adenoma and 16 cases of normal tissue.Results The positive rates of c Met and microvessel density in colorectal carcinoma were significantly higher than those in adenoma and normal tissue( P < 0.05 ).c met and microvessel density had no significant correlation with tumor site and histologic types in colorectal carcinoma,but had significant correlation with Dukes stage,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis.c Met expression was correlated with microvessel density.Conclusion Combined analysis of c met and microvessel density can be used for judging the prognosis in colorectal carcinoma.;
